Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using Salamati (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms are a contract between you and Skrypt Health (Invite Technologies Inc.), a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada ("Skrypt Health", "we", "us").

2. The Service

Salamati is a voice-first health tracking application that lets you log health data by speaking naturally. The Service is provided as a Progressive Web App (PWA) at app.salamati.skrypthealth.ai and as a native iOS application (when available). The Service is currently in early access and features may change without notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement. The Service is not intended as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Nothing in the Service constitutes medical advice.

4. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at hello@skrypthealth.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.

5. Your data

You own the health data you log. We process it on your behalf to deliver the Service. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle your data in detail. You may export or delete your data at any time from the app settings.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Service
Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its infrastructure
Use automated means to access or scrape the Service without our written permission
Resell or sublicense access to the Service

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its design, code, and content (excluding your personal health data), is owned by Skrypt Health and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from any part of the Service without our written permission.

8. Health disclaimer

Salamati is a personal tracking tool, not a medical device. The Service does not provide medical advice. Nutrition estimates, fitness inferences, and other data interpretations are approximate and intended for personal awareness only. Always consult a qualified healthcare professional before making decisions about your health, diet, or fitness.

9. Early access

The Service is currently in early access. Features may be added, modified, or removed. Pricing for premium features has not yet been established. During early access, core features are provided free of charge. We will provide reasonable notice before introducing paid tiers.

10. Availability and modifications

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time with reasonable notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users before discontinuation and to provide data export tools.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Skrypt Health shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of data or health outcomes, arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or CAD $100, whichever is greater.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skrypt Health and its officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Ontario, Canada.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users by email before material changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
