Short version: your voice audio is never stored. Your data is never sold. You own everything you log and can export or delete it at any time.

Who we are

Salamati is a product of Skrypt Health (Invite Technologies Inc.), a company incorporated in Ontario, Canada. Our registered contact for privacy matters is hello@skrypthealth.ai.

What data we collect

Account data: your email address when you sign up or join the waitlist.
Voice transcripts: the text produced when you speak a log. The raw audio is immediately discarded after transcription — we never store audio files.
Structured health logs: the domain-classified data parsed from your transcripts — macros, workout details, sleep duration, supplement doses, mood ratings. This is the core of what the app stores on your behalf.
Usage data: anonymised product analytics (Vercel Web Analytics) to understand how features are used. No personally identifiable information is linked to these events.

What we do not collect

Raw voice audio (discarded after transcription, never stored)
Location data
Device identifiers beyond standard browser session tokens
Health data from wearables unless you explicitly connect one

How we use your data

To power your account: fill your today view, timeline, and Ask Skrypt responses.
To send transactional emails you request (waitlist confirmation, account recovery).
To improve the product via aggregated, anonymised usage patterns — never at the individual level.

We do not use your data for advertising. We do not sell your data to third parties. We do not share your data with data brokers.

AI model training

By default, your data is never used to train AI models. Model training only happens on opt-in, anonymised samples that you explicitly select to share. You will always be asked before any sample is used for training, and opting in is entirely voluntary with no impact on your access to the app.

Third-party services

Salamati uses the following sub-processors:

Deepgram — real-time voice transcription. Audio is sent to Deepgram for transcription and not retained by Deepgram beyond the request lifetime under our API agreement.
Anthropic (Claude) — natural language understanding and classification of your transcripts.
Supabase — database and authentication infrastructure, hosted in the United States.
Vercel — hosting and edge network, United States.

Each sub-processor is subject to a data processing agreement that limits their use of your data to delivering the service.

Data storage and security

Your data is stored in encrypted databases (Supabase/PostgreSQL) hosted in the United States. Data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Access is restricted to authenticated requests using Row Level Security — no raw database access without your credentials.

Your rights

Export: download all your logged data as JSON or CSV at any time from the app settings.
Delete: delete individual logs, or delete your entire account and all associated data from settings.
Access: request a full copy of what we hold on you by emailing hello@skrypthealth.ai.
Correction: edit any log directly in the app, or contact us to correct account-level data.
Portability: export is available in open formats (JSON, CSV) that can be imported into other tools.

If you are in the European Economic Area or United Kingdom, you have additional rights under GDPR / UK GDPR including the right to object to processing and lodge a complaint with your supervisory authority.

Data retention

We retain your data for as long as your account is active. If you delete your account, all your personal data is permanently deleted within 30 days. Anonymised, aggregated usage statistics are retained indefinitely as they cannot be tied back to any individual.

Children

Salamati is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If you believe a child has created an account, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

Changes to this policy

We will notify registered users by email before making material changes to this policy. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
